Build Psychological Safety

Your job as an officer is to create that environment deliberately.
Model Vulnerability First
Edmondson's research shows psychological safety comes from the leader demonstrating it first. Share a mistake you made and what it taught you before asking members to do the same. Vulnerability at the top gives everyone else permission.

Reframe Errors as Learning
